Your favourite or recommended plugins?

I would like to try Grav and set up a private website with it.

First of all a big compliment to the maintainers of Grav, the documentation pages are really excellent!

I would be interested to know what your most popular plugins are - outside the grav core plugins?
Which plugins are mandatory or do you always use?
There are quite a lot of plugins, but some of them have not been maintained for a long time.

Especially plugins for the following functions would interest me:

• Cookies/GDPR
• Picture galleries
• Picture carousel
• Instagram integration
