I want to reset my account grav and my pages et retrieve the default pages.
Is it possible ?

Solved by Karmalakas View solution
I f I got it right what you need, just download fresh Grav install and replace your /user/accounts and /user/pages forlders with the downloaded ones. Keep in mind all accounts will be gone and there will be only Home and Typography pages
