Dom-string-iterators does not exist and could not be created

Hi

I have a test account on was.de.
I use arch linux and mount the webspace by webdav
If I run bin/grav install I get the error message:
[RuntimeException]
/home/uwechris/was/public_html/grav/vendor/antoligy/dom-string-iterators does not exist and could not be created.

Any idea?

I see this was not the full shell message, it was the following:

• Installing antoligy/dom-string-iterators (v1.0.1): Loading from cache
  Failed to download antoligy/dom-string-iterators from dist: Could not delete /home/uwechris/was/public_html/grav/vendor/composer/4325064c:
  Now trying to download from source
