Admin access in Grav Blog skeleton

Hi
Just installed the Blog Skeleton from Team Grav - really like it. Thanks for building.
BUT - I cannot work out how I can access the admin interface. Clearly I'm missing the obvious, so please help me out.

You need to install the Admin Plugin first.

OK - I thought the skeleton came with everything installed already. Do you mean I have to install it manually in that case?
