Default image derivatives for all images

Grav generates a srcset with multiple derivatives of an image if I:

• End the image filename with a multiplyer e.g. [email protected]
• Add a derivatives or sizes attribute to the image in the markup file

I have a site with many images. Is there any way to do this automatically for all images? Something like a default derivatives setting.
