Does anybody get the page-inject plugin to work with multilanguage?

I am using a landio skeleton with multilangage ON and 3 languages.
I installed page-inject plugin, wrote a (root) test page and a (root) test2 page where I put the page-inject snippet plugin:page-inject. All I get is a link to the page I wanted to inject. Any help?
