Inheriting a Theme does not quite work correctly

first-time help-wanted theme

I am new to Grav CMS, I have installed the bootstrap4 theme, and created an inherited theme as the Docs say.

I have created a folder /usr/themes/fg-bootstrap4 and in that folder I have a file fg-bootstrap4.yaml

streams:
schemes:
  theme:
    type: ReadOnlyStream
    prefixes:
      '':
        - user/themes/fg-bootstrap4
        - user/themes/bootstrap4
The Bootstrap4 Theme Yaml file is this:

navbar_style: navbar-light
navbar_bgcolor: '#ffffff'

dropdown:
 enabled: false
However the Inherited Theme header is not correctly rendered. It should have the website name and menu nicely across the top which it is in the Bootstrap4 Theme, but the website name is to the left with a button icon to the right, and the menu as a bulleted list below in the Inherited Theme. Not very nice.

What am I missing? Should I copy something else, or add something to the site yaml file.

I cannot upload a screenshot of the difference, I am a new member.
