Hero video background

Hi,
New to Grav (and websites in general), and i would like to add a video header to a page with the default quark theme, (ideally a vimeo). Is it possible to embed something like this

    <iframe src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/265045525?background=1&autoplay=1&loop=1&byline=0&title=0"
            frameborder="0" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen></iframe>
</div>

in a single page (main page) header instead of a hero image?
Any help/guidance would be gratefully appreciated.
