I have published Blog Manager 2.0.0.
It is an Admin2 dashboard for listing, filtering, and editing blog posts without leaving the admin.
I have used this plugin on my own sites for a while. It started as a Grav 1.7 tool: cards and a list, filters, publish and visible toggles, and a way to create or duplicate a post without hunting through the page tree. It stayed private because it did the job.
Grav 2 changed that. The Grav team’s work on Admin2, and the care they put into Grav 2, made me want to rebuild it properly and share it.
Version 2.0.0 is that rebuild. It is an Admin2 plugin, so it needs Grav 2.0 or newer, the API plugin, and Admin2. It does not run on Grav 1.7. I will try to work that out soon.
From the sidebar you can browse posts as large cards, small cards, or a list. You can filter by text, published, visible, category, tag, language, and date.
You can create, duplicate, delete, import, and export posts, and toggle Published and Visible without a reload.
The interface is in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and German, and it follows Admin2’s dark mode.
It is MIT licensed. The first public release is on GitHub:
github.com/DrDroid-FR/grav-plugin-bl…nager-2/releases/tag/v2.0.0
Download blog-manager-2.0.0.zip and extract it into user/plugins/. The archive already contains the blog-manager folder. I have also asked for it to be added to GPM. Until that is done, bin/gpm install blog-manager will not find it.
Thank you to the Grav team for Grav 2. I would be glad to hear what you think, and what you would want next.
