On a test install of Grav 2, up to date both for Grav & plugins, I managed to have the webhooks working… but only partially.
Current situation
My host is correctly firing every hour for the past 2 days:

Last run was confirmed like this:
Nom du cron : Test webhook
Date : 19/10/2026 10:00:21
Url : https://mydomain.fr/vw-php/cron-grav.php
Resultat : OK
Detail : 200
Reponse : HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Mon, 19 Oct 2026 08:00:14 GMT Server: Apache Content-Type: application/json { "success": true, "message": "Scheduler executed (due jobs only)", "jobs_run": 0, "timestamp": "2026-10-19T10:00:14+02:00" }
/scheduler/health shows:

Scheduler status shows:

This means, from my point of view, that my settings are OK, that all jobs execute correctly, but 2 of them only execute by hand even though they are Pending.
Change to original situation
From this situation, I only adjusted job test-scheduler to run "Every minute". No more.
Within a short time, /scheduler/health became in status "Warning" and
/scheduler/health shows:

although 2 jobs are still pending in "Scheduler Status".
Result
test-scheduler immediately ran correctly but not cache-clear although it was also pending.

After something like 5 minutes "Healthy" switched to "Warning" again. (I confirm exactly 5 minutes to the switch to "Warning")
After that, mydomain.fr/logs/scheduler.log showed no error:
[2026-10-19T11:00:33.578620+02:00] scheduler.DEBUG: Scheduler run started - 4 jobs available {"time":"2026-10-19 11:00:33"} []
[2026-10-19T11:00:33.588547+02:00] scheduler.INFO: Scheduler completed: 1 job(s) succeeded [] []
Question
Should I report this as a bug? Not sure if this is for Scheduler Webhook or for Grav core though.
Or did I miss something?
I may share access credentials if needed.
