Plugin Install Fetch Failed

Just installed a fresh copy of Learn2 with Git Sync Site skeleton, then performed an update of the site. Next, I tried to install some plugins and I get an error on many but not all plugin installations ...

Hi @Umbergerba, is this the case with other skeletons too? Have you re-tried the install recently?

When I was going to [url=https://itunessupport.org/blog/cannot-install-itunes-on-windows-7/]install itunes on windows 7[/url] it was literally crashing and I could not install it at all so please help me to fix the problem so that I can work with it.
