Is they a way in Grav to link key words/phrases in one page to other pages, automatically?

Suppose my blog has a web page for each of several cities (London, Washington ...). Is there a Grav plug-in, or another automatic way, to link back to (say) the London page from the word London in the text of a blog page?

For instance, when I write "London and Washington are capital cities" in a new post, I would like the word London to link to the London page and likewise for Washington to its page.

Like a Glossary which highlights words in text and links to a separate page for each word.

Thank you

Probably not. Looks like the NextGen editor could enter the links, provided transformations for the "capital cities" are entered into nextgen-editor.yaml in advance.
