Can I use Grav to make a simple store only with manual bank transfers? Thanks

Hello to all.
1. Can I use Grav to make a simple store only with manual bank transfers?
I mean, can I use the Shop Site skeleton with a shopping cart plugin that at the end of the checkout provides the bank account of the owner of the shop and mark the sale as "pending" and then the owner mark it as completed once he verifies that the bank transfer was done?.
Where I live there are big restrictions to use the local cards to make payments. The store will only sale to the local market, not international.
2.- In the plugins section there are several Shopping Cart plugins, which one would you recommend for this need?.
Several years ago I tested Flavio Copes @flavio plugin but it was abandoned.
