Wp2grav - slugs / folder names (proper)

I have user wp2grav and exported all my posts.
Now as you can see I used greek language for post names and folders are encoded not utf-8.
Also this happen in the SLUG portion of the post (for grav). How can I at least force utf-8 in the slug description of the post file?
