Load jquery-3.x.min.js with async/defer option

Hello there.

I have configured in Assets/Collections (in admin panel) the jquery-3.x.min.js library. When I analyze the source code in browser I see this library is loaded without async or defer option.

How I load jquery/jquery-3.x.min.js with async or defer option? Is possible add this option in Admin Panel?
