How to create an index for my plugin TNT

Hello,

I am new to my business and need to restart a new website project. When I checked all the plugins, this is what told me "TNT must be indexed before it will function cleanly". But when I try to index the TNT plugin it tells me "index not created" like in the screenshot. Do you know how I can do it ?

@GeosoftA,

When I checked all the plugins

What's there to check about "all plugins"?

this is what told me “TNT must be indexed before it will function cleanly”.

  • Where does the quote come from?
  • Are there any errors in */system/logs/grav.log"
  • Please show us the steps you've taken to install the TNT Search plugin.

@GeosoftA,

  • I didn’t install the plugin the personne who was here before me installed it.

Maybe you should talk to the other person first...

I would love it but this person gone and didn't work in the company anymore

@GeosoftA, In that case. you're out of luck. You'll have to check for yourself if the requirements for the plugin are being met...
