Creating an anchor link from the header to the body on the same page

I'm making a single-page site and I want the links in the header to jump/go to a specific part of the page. I can't figure out how to do it. In this instance, I would like the "Contact" link to scroll down to the "Get in touch. Join the club!" part of the page.

I know how to do this with HTML, but the Grav menu and markdown are stumping me.

Inline anchors will be created for you out of the box...
