403 forbidden after upgrading to 1.7.43

Running Laragon under Windows 10, I upgraded Grav from 1.7.33 to 1.7.43 and immediately all pages return 403 forbidden. I tried this with 3 different sites, including the Clean Blog skeleton. All the same.

I'm running PHP 8.1.6 and even tried switching back to version 7. No luck.

Any ideas?

Just tested it out with version 1.7.42.3. No problem. So it is only 1.7.43
