I want to override the values found in plugins/admin/blueprints/admin/pages/new.yaml - where do i put a blueprint file to override that one that won't be overwritten every time the plugin is updated?

I'm also trying to figure this out. I'd like to constrain the options for new parent pages so that people can't accidentally put pages where they shouldn't go.
To override plugins/admin/blueprints/admin/pages/new.yaml make a file
user/blueprints/admin/pages/new.yaml
