Translation auto-learning

Is there a plugin or method to build languages.yaml automatically starting from "t" twig filter in tempate pages?

I don't think there's such a tool

This would be handy for ensuring translation-coverage. "Auto-learning" is perhaps the wrong phrase, as it is more commonly known as scanning template-files for translation-strings, like POEdit does.
