Theme designer?

Hi,

not sure where the best place to post this is, but I want to get a grav theme created for myself for a blog site and need to understand how much this would cost.

It has a static image on the sidebar with some space for a list of available posts.

The main page would have only one post per page and the posts navigated via "<" and ">" on either side of the post as if "flipping through a book". I want the posts in date order (e.g. oldest to newest).

I have this noted down in further detail with very basic scribbles of what I want the site to look like. If anybody can help just reply :)
