Hello, after install the admin pluguin for back-office administration I get a 404 error. What can be the problem? The admin site doesn't work also

Did you get this fixed? Did you get your hosting provider to whitelist the rule 350147 although I think that throws up a 403 error now I think about it.
No, this happens in my local machine... I have MAMP on windows 10.
If I remove the plugins folders for administrations console the site works again

I installed a skeleton and then the plugins
