After removing subpage through admin, there was permission issue and thus the deleting didn't went through completely. Page did disappear, but minus sign was left for some reason on parent even when I removed everything manually. Even if I recreate the parent page the minus sign like there would be subpages sticks.
Any idea how I can manually remove the sign and restore the page structure?
