Problem with blog

Hi,
I want to add blog on my website. I have Agency template and I download Mediator theme for blog. Then I copy files from Mediator to user/pages and I get 02.blog. Now I have something like this http://weboom.info/blog. Blank page, and here http://weboom.info/blog/sample-post I have error. What I do wrong? How can I add blog in simply way? Thx for help :)

The theme either needs to support a blog type layout, or you need to adapt the blog templates from another theme into your theme that currently has no blog layouts.

That means integrating with your base template and adding the appropriate CSS styling to accomplish it.

This is pretty easy for a competent web developer, but not a job for the inexperienced.
