Override base time field template

Hello! I try to override time field template in my theme. Like in LangSwitcher Plugin https://github.com/getgrav/grav-plugin-langswitcher. In my theme I created templates/forms/fields/time/, copied time.html.twig from Forms Plugin and changed it a little bit. But it looks the same. What did I miss? Can I override base template?
