Line break problem

I use "Blog Site" Skeleton.
When I write these lines in item.md

"Lorem ipsum dolor sit amot," said Bob.
Alice lorem ipsum. "Dolor sit Amot."

On blog it will displayed as one line:

"Lorem ipsum dolor sit amot," said Bob.. Alice lorem ipsum. "Dolor sit Amot."

How to solve this problem? Thanks you. Excuse me, my English is bad.

Mean while, I use <br> to give a line break.

In Markdown syntax you should be able to use 3 spaces at the end of a line to get a line break.
