How to get the number of comments of another page?

Hello ♪

I run Grav 1.1.1 with Antimatter theme with Comments plugin.

On the blog page, many items (= articles or posts), but plugin comments is NOT allowed on that page.
On each item page, one item with plugin comments allowed on that page.

What would be a way to have the number of comments of each item page on each item of blog page?
