How to Clean Cache on Windows

Hi, first off all congrats for this amazing Framework!
If im correct on Windows 10 we cannot use bin/grav, twig, etc .... so how can we clean cache manually? i have tried deleting cache folder, however it dont have worked.

PS: [Off-Topic] If we can use bin/grav, twig, etc ... on Windows, what we need to do?

done. i figure out how to clean install grav on windows 10. we need wamp + composer. composer was essential! maybe is a good thing to add a requirement at documentation ;-) all is ok now :-)
