everytime I update a page, all the Folder Numeric Prefix of pages are changed.
what should I do to make sure the Folder Numeric Prefix never be changed?

Interesting. What's the prefix before saving, and what's it saved to?
This should only happen if you reorder your pages somehow, as numeric prefixes are used to define order by default.
