Command line query

Hi - I'm looking for a new CMS and so far things are looking up for Grav.
One big query I have so far is:
Many of the tuts talk about using the command line - but is this vital? Many hosts don't allow remote access so I'm unclear how this might be achieved.

Edit: I see in the guides some helpful info ( https://learn.getgrav.org/cli-console/command-line-intro ) but this would suggest to me that no command line or shell = no chance of configuring Grav. Is that the case?

No. The command line is handy, but everything can be done via the Admin panel as well.

Basically the CLI is a quicker and more programmatic way to do the same tasks that Admin can do.

Plus, it provides more advanced options for some commands.
