Cannot add a page with admin plugin

Ok i just updated to the latest grav 0.9.38 with the admin plugin version 0.4.0. I have a fresh install of grav and I cannot add a page. When i press on add page i fill up all the fields, press continue and it brings me back to the home page with no other page created.

What is your OS/Lamp stack? What version of PHP are you running? Do you have any other plugins installed? Does Grav work fine on the frontend? What if you create a page manually without the admin? Does that work?

Actually found the issue and fixed in 0.4.1. It was a fix for something else that got sorted last minute that broke this... sigh.. I clearly need a suite of automated tests!
