Blog pagination?

I have created a page containing an overview of the latest posts (Page Template: Blog). But although pagination is enabled, I don't see any way to navigate to blogposts other than the one presented on that single page. Enabling/Disabling pagination doesn't seem to do anything. (and yes there are (many) more posts than there are shown on the page).
