Hi guys... When I update through putty using bin/gpm selfupgrade my. Htaccess file gets deleted.

How can I stop this from happening?

Note - I have two installs of grav on the one server but it's only happening to one site... Weird?

Well, we update the .htaccess because we might have critical issues we need to push out related to path structure etc. The intention was to remove this from the updates when we reach a stable state (1.0).

Regarding solutions. The best solution is to always keep a backup .htaccess.backup and just copy it back after a selfupgrade.
