Assign tag to heading?

Due to my hosts limit on folders and files, I have to put lots of content into single pages and split the content up by heading. What I would like to do is assign tags to specific headings (anchor) and have the tag link to that heading in the page (if the page is chosen to view from the tags)

I'm not really following you, but the obvious question is why not change hosts? Grav can be hosted almost anywhere, what are the benefits of staying with some host that is obviously imposing such limitations on you when there are so many other options???
