(Admin Plugin) type: file uploads throw ajax error on delete/remove

Attempting to use type: file on a page blueprint to enable file uploads - works perfectly for uploading, but on clicking the X (and confirming in the modal) to remove/delete the file, I get an "Invalid AJAX Response" error.

type: pagemedia however deletes files without issue. Looking for suggestions on how to debug this. Worse case scenario, I can use type: pagemedia, but I like the additional parameters I can set on type: file. And I'd also just like to know what's going wrong!

I replicated the problem. Can you open an issue on https://github.com/getgrav/grav-plugin-admin/issues ?
