    What exactly are you trying to do via a Twig clear cache? Do you get what you are looking for with the cache turned off in the system.yaml file?

    It is a variant of the Grav skeleton RTFM (https://getgrav.org/downloads/skeletons) and theme Learn2 (https://getgrav.org/downloads/themes). Both are very similar to https://readthedocs.org/.
