Quark Theme Inheritance Offset not Working

Hello forum members,

Maybe someone can help me. Advance my english is not so good! I created a Theme Inheritance from the Quark theme via DevTools. So far everything works without problems. Only a few things are not like the original Quark Theme. Especially the class "offset-box" does not work. When I switch to the original Quark theme. Everything looks great again.
