How to work with haywire-grav

Can somebody please give me initial hints on how to start working with the haywire-grav theme. I'm starting to learn how to use a css framework and thought it might be a good idea to use a theme with Bulma included. I couldn't find much material other than just how to install the thing. But maybe haywire-grav is not a good point of entry to learn Bulma? Please advise or direct me to online material. I'm reading Bulma docs and I think I understand the concepts. I'm not expecting somebody will produce an A-Z tutorial here – some rough points will do.
