Upgrade to 2.0 -> "Unknown "urlencode" function in "partials/base.html.twig"

I upgraded from 1.73 to 2 and the first thing I saw was this error message.

Is urlencode no longer available?

I don't think Twig filter urlencode has ever been available, but url_encode is...

Maybe you never noticed that urlencode didn't exist, because in the Grav 1.7.x era, Twig errors were happily silenced.

Btw. Grav 2.x (using Twig 3) now shows a proper error when using urlencode and suggests you might mean use url_encode instead.
