Close button on theme/skeleton changelog overlay should not return to top of page

1. Open the changelog overlay of a theme.
2. Click anywhere in the dimmed area outside the overlay. Notice that the overlay simply closes and you are back where you were.
3. Open the changelog overlay again.
4. This time, hit the :heavy_multiplication_x: close button in the top right of the overlay. Notice this time that you get sent back to the top of the page, losing your position when navigating themes.

I propose that hitting the :heavy_multiplication_x: button should have similar behaviour to 2. as described above! The same goes for skeletons.
