I am trying to install a star-rating plugin.
In Admin backend, it tells me "The connection to the GPM cannot be established".
Switched to shell, and key in "bin/gpm install star-ratings":
It says nothing to install... Tried with some other plugins in shell, basically the same output "Nothing to install".
Any hints?
