Custom shortcode plugin css and js problem

hi there,
here i have a custom shortcode plugin on github
shortcode-uk
most of my shortcodes doesnt have custom css and js asset
then i found this pen and i try to make a shortcode from it
but it renders like this.

I'm using my own theme that it can render correctly shortcodes provided by Shortcode-ui and Shortcode Owl Carousel.
so my theme ist problem.
