Clean input form fields after submit in modular page

Hi there,

I'm turning HTML5 template into Grav Theme, and I'd like to use a contact form in the modular home. I'v following all steps in the Grav docs, and the form works fine, but when it shows the sending result, the form it showed again bellow the result message.

If I configure the redirect option in .md contact form, when the form is sent ok, it instantly show the home page.

Two questions....

1. Is possible hide the form, bellow the result of submitting?
2. Is possible redirect to another page after submit the form?
