Getting spam despite using reCaptcha

Using Grav 1.6.9 with Form v3.0.3 and reCaptcha v. 3 installed, I'm still get spam via a contact form.

reCaptcha admin is showing that all traffic is allowed through.

Where do I start to troubleshoot this?
