I just dowloadad & installed thru dashboard the Bootstrap v1.7.0 theme and checked in the user/config/system.yaml file and it is set: theme: bootstrap and still it does not show the Boostrap theme.
Please advise what to do.
Thanks

Hi!
According to the documentation, this setting is under the page section, it is important to get it right ;)
So your in your system.yaml it has to look like that, including the spaces:

YAML
pages:
  theme: bootstrap

But if you use Admin Panel, it's really easier and more sustainable to either set it up in form at /admin/config/system, or go to /admin/themes and click the 'Activate' on the one you want to use:
