  Hi, FTP to your site (or if it's local, just navigate to the site folder), go in user/accounts/ and if it's the only user of the site, remove your user file. It will prompt to recreate it.

  Even if the Grav version is older, you can install it and then do a bin/gpm selfupgrade to update Grav.
