    I had the same issue on windows 10 pro with firefox pro and standard. Impossible to update to the latest grav version. By using the CLI , it works fine. If it can help.

    I had similar issue a week ago when I try to update to 1.1.2. The cmd line says I am updated, but the admin page says I was still on 1.1.9. Clearing the cache helped.
