  Using v1.1 RC 1 with Admin - loaded V1.4.1 Bootstrap theme which is listed as Testing in Available Themes. When you try to activate the Bootstrap theme you see the following error. Data type 'system'

  I don't think theme configuration inheritance has ever been in Grav. Mainly its for twig templates
