    I solved with workaround. I have modified system\src\Grav\Common\GPM\Response.php. I have forced method 'curl'. With auto, then fopen I have problem! private static $method = 'curl'; Add curl option S

    The problem if I remember true is the OpenSSL, you can't download files from https, try to use curl to download this link and I think you give this error.
