it works great without cache. but it seems that we need a dedicated cache file for mobile devices with that condition it will work with cache activated

In your command line you have PHP 4.4.9, which is old. You need at least PHP 5.5.9. Ask your hosting provider how to update the CLI PHP version (which can be different than the one the webserver uses)
